Full Release

Funtime Foxy appears to be another model for the intact version of Mangle, who (based on its appearance in FNaF World) was also named Funtime Foxy. This is apparent from its pink-and-white color scheme and the fact that it is a fox animatronic. However, unlike Mangle, it is in a completely repaired form (prior to the ending in which it gets scooped). Funtime Foxy's entire body is covered of segmented lines, of which some parts are colored in gray. It also possesses a long bushy tail, similar to an average fox. Like many of Foxy's counterparts, it has yellowish-orange eyes.

It also has three tufts of fur on its head. It has a pink snout with three small purple freckles on each side and a black nose. There is pink inside its ears, around its eyes, and at the tip of its tail. It has a red bow tie, much like Mangle and Bonnie, and long, sharp pink nails. Unlike Foxy's other known counterparts (excluding the Nightmare counterparts), Funtime Foxy has five fingers. It has three black buttons on each of its shins.

Funtime Foxy's face splits into five parts, all of which capable of movement; the first split runs directly down the center of its face, with the second running through the center of its eyes, segmenting its face into four different parts in addition to its immobile lower jaw. Its facial features greatly resemble both Foxy and Mangle, most notably in its lipstick and its yellowish-orange eyes. Funtime Foxy, however, has pink circles on its cheeks, as opposed to the red of Mangle's.

Like all the animatronics in game (minus Minireena), its endoskeleton is very detailed and resembles muscle tissue. The endoskeleton also has its own nose.

Similarly to Funtime Freddy, Funtime Foxy has a large speaker in the middle of its chest.

Similarly to Funtime Freddy, Funtime Foxy has a large speaker in the middle of his chest. The function is still unknown. Funtime Foxy, being the shortest main animatronic in FNaF: Sister Location, stands at a height of 5.9 ft (Close to Funtime Freddy) and weighs 290 lbs.

The prototype version of Funtime Foxy differs greatly from the full release. Instead of his bright pink accents, he was originally going to be closer to Funtime Freddy's full release pallette of mauve and a soft purple. He was also missing his red bowtie in the prototype stage. Parts of the animatronic had originally been white but were later recolored to be pink (notably his knees and palms). Another notable change is the prototype had a slimmer tail than the current release of Funtime Foxy.

Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location

Funtime Foxy on his Stage.

Funtime Foxy will always be located in Funtime Auditorium whenever the character checks in the Primary Control Module. In Night 1, he would be shocked twice before returning back to his stage. In Night 2, he will be right next to the window as a blackened image and is not shocked

In Night 3, the player must enter and exit through the Funtime Auditorium. If the player flashes at Funtime Foxy too many or not enough times, He will jumpscare the player, resulting in a game over.

At the end of Night 3, Funtime Foxy will jumpscare the player and instantly start Night 4.

The only other time Funtime Foxy will be seen is at the Real Ending of Night 5. Like all the other animatronics, he was presumably scooped and used to create Ennard.

Custom Night

The contents for Custom Night, FNaF World and The Novels are non-canon sources, and thus, have no bearing on the official lore of the game series.

The Phase of Funtime Foxy

Funtime Foxy returns once again the Custom Night in CAM 07 in a similar fashion to original Foxy from FNaF 1. He initially appears behind the curtains which are similar to the Pirate's Cove curtains from the first game. Funtime Foxy goes through five stages similar to Foxy's from the first game before running to the Private Room similar to Foxy. The only difference is that Funtime Foxy attacks the player from the right, not from the left like Foxy.

The first stage is not showing at all. The second stage is peeking from behind the curtains. The third stage is emerging from the curtains. The fourth stage is fully out of the curtains and looking at the camera. (You can see Funtime Foxy's eyes are different from his previous stages and also his jumpscare.)

The fifth stage is not in the camera feed at all. If you shut the left door when you don't see Funtime Foxy in the camera feed, then shut the right door (preferably the third stage on harder difficulties) before He jumpscares you. His jumpscare has also been developed to have better graphics.

When you see the curtains fully closed again or when the player hears Funtime Foxy is already done knocking on the door, you're safe to open the door. Funtime Foxy does this in a very similar fashion to Foxy the Pirate Fox from the first game, FNaF 1.

Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator

It is revealed that Funtime Foxy, along with Ballora and Funtime Freddy, is still active within what remains of Ennard's systems in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator. It is finally killed off along with the other remaining animatronics of Sister Location.

Ultimate Custom Night

Funtime Foxy returns in the semi-canon Ultimate Custom Night as one of the many selectable characters.

Funtime Foxy hides behind its curtain waiting for the show to begin. The player needs to check its stage and read the sign to see when the showtime is; it will always be on the hour, but the hour will be random. For instance, showtime may be 1 am, 2 am, 3 am, etc.. They need to remember that time, because "showtime" is the exact moment that the player gets jumpscared. There is only one way to prevent showtime, and that's by viewing its stage the moment the hour changes. If the player is watching it on camera when showtime arrives, then the show will be delayed by several hours (and the sign will change as well). Each hour in-game lasts exactly 45 seconds, and there is a timer visible while playing; use this to calculate exactly when the player needs to be viewing Funtime Foxy's curtain to ensure that showtime never happens. Alternatively, Funtime Foxy can be removed from the night by using the Death Coin.

Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted

Funtime Foxy returns in Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted in the fourth Dark Rooms level. Its level is a recreation of Night 3 from Sister Location, in which the player must navigate Funtime Auditorium, whilst using the Flash Beacon to make sure they don't come across Funtime Foxy. If the player sees Funtime Foxy, they must not run into it or stay still for too long, or else they will get jumpscared.

Multiple clones of Funtime Foxy also appear in the Blacklight version of this level, as Funtime Foxy's role as the main enemy is usurped by Lolbit. Bumping into any of these clones will result in a jumpscare.

Funtime Foxy also appears in the Night Terrors level Pizza Party, in a room resembling the one from his Dark Rooms level. He produces the light from the Flash Beacon to alert the player to his location, take too long to leave the room and he jumpscares the player.

Funtime Foxy's personality is self-contradictory. Its behavior in-game shows Funtime Foxy as a silent, introverted animatronic who prefers to remain alone unlike the other animatronics from Sister Location. Its lines in Ultimate Custom Night show that Funtime Foxy has a larger than life persona onstage, being the circus ringmaster.

Funtime Foxy has several capabilities, including:

  • Light Activation Sensor: A sensor that activates lights to spot victims in dark areas.
  • Parental Voice Sync & Replay: Has the ability to synchronize with any parent's voice and replay it in order to fool and lure a victim in.
  • Variable Scent Release: Is variable of releasing any scent to lure victims in.
  • Remote Floor Anchor: Is equipped with a remote floor anchor to give out a radio signal and to anchor any victims nearby, as well as to maintain overall balance and stability.

  • Until it was retconned in Ultimate Custom Night, the gender of Funtime Foxy was unconfirmed - with hand-unit referring to him with male and female pronouns.
  • Funtime Foxy is seemingly another version of the Mangle.
  • Scott said on his Steam post that "I actually had the worst jumpscare from any of my games happen to me a few days ago while I was testing. Funtime Foxy scared the #$!@% out of me. Worst scare ever from one of my games." - Steam - August 22, 2016 @ 9:18 PM
  • Funtime Foxy, along with Funtime Freddy, are the only animatronics designed from their original FNaF counterparts.
  • Funtime Foxy is the shortest full-sized animatronic in the game, being 5'9.
  • Funtime Foxy is one of the only animatronics from the game not to have voice acting. The other being Minireena if the Custom Night isn't counted.
    • This is strange, because Funtime Foxy has a voice box on his chest.
    • Though it may be for the fact that one of his main functions is copying parental voices to lure children.
  • According to Funtime Foxy's blueprint, it has the ability to record parents' voice and sync them to lure children.
  • As shown in the "Making Foxy" section of the Extras, Funtime Foxy was originally going to be white and purple instead of white and pink.
    • This is the opposite for Funtime Freddy.
  • The Copyright Catalog lists the character and his core series counterpart as "Foxy the Pirate (Adventure Version-Funtime)" and "Foxy the Pirate (Funtime Version)" respectively, which confirms that Funtime Foxy is officially just another version of Foxy in the same vein as how the Toy animatronics are representative of the same characters as the Withereds.
  • It's impossible to avoid Funtime Foxy's jumpscare because it will always scare the player at the end of Night 3.
  • Funtime Foxy is the second variant of Foxy not to be in some form of disrepair.
    • Also Funtime Foxy is the only counterpart of Foxy that doesn't show endoskeleton legs and possesses a tail.
      • If FNaF World isn't counted.
  • Unlike Foxy from the first game, who has three phases before leaving, Funtime Foxy has four.
  • Funtime Foxy's gender is mixed between male and female pronouns in the Freddy Files, similar to how he was in-game prior to Ultimate Custom Night and Mangle.
      • In the Ultimate Custom Night Funtime Foxy got only male pronouns.
  • On Reddit Scott commented about Funtime Foxy's personality saying he is more of an introvert.[1]

Description Audio
Funtime Foxy's Jumpscare Sound from Funtime Auditorium: WARNING! EXTREMELY LOUD!
Funtime Foxy's Jumpscare Sound from Custom Night, This is shared with the other animatronics who jumpscare you in Custom Night:

The Knock Funtime Foxy makes when you successfully stopped it from reaching your office in Custom Night.

  • During Funtime Foxy's jumpscare the top two faceplates noticeably clip through his ears. The same thing happens with Funtime Freddy, but they are less noticeable.
  • In the trailer Funtime Foxy is shown to have pink eyelids in the stage scene, but ingame and in his side view in the trailer they are metal like the other animatronics.
    • This is likely a redesign or mistake by Scott.
      • Though it could also be that they only show when their moved to the side as seen here.
      • It could also just be the Lighting.
  • When Funtime Foxy is twitching you can see his lower body clipping into both of his legs.
    • The third twitching Funtime Foxy only has his lower body clipping into his left leg.
  • In the trailer, Funtime Foxy's finger will clip through his body slightly on stage.
  • When Funtime Foxy is twitching, Funtime Foxy seems to be missing his tail. This likely an error by Scott, or Funtime Foxy taking it off to get scooped.
    • This could also just be an object that is removable like Toy Chica's beak.
    • However, his tail could be out of the player's view too.
